I. Preparations before Operation: Five Checks Ensure Safety
Site Inspection
Ground load-bearing capacity ≥12 tons/square meter (soft ground with steel plate padding)
Inclination ≤3° (measured with a level)
Vehicle Status
The outriggers are fully extended (all indicator lights are green)
The hydraulic oil level is in the middle of the scale line
Weather Conditions
Wind speed < 12.5m/s (approximately level 6 wind)
Operations are prohibited during thunderstorms or heavy rain
Personal Protection
The safety belt must be fastened (the buckle is fixed at the anchor point of the platform).
Wear anti-slip shoes and a safety helmet
Emergency Tools
The platform is equipped with fire extinguishers and manual descent devices
Ii. Operating Process: 10-step Standardized Operation
Step 1: Start the Engine
Idle for 3 minutes to preheat the hydraulic oil
Step 2: Extend the Outriggers
Sequence: First horizontal outriggers → then vertical outriggers
Confirmation: The outriggers off the ground warning light is off
Step 3: Level the Platform
Automatic leveling: Press the "LEVEL" key (disabled when slope > 3°)
Step 4: Raise the Boom
First lift the main arm → then extend the forearm (avoid rapid impact)
When the height exceeds 10 meters, two people need to work together
Step 5: Platform Lifting and Lowering
Rise: Keep holding down the rise button (release it to stop)
To descend: Press the "Descend Unlock" key first
Step 6: Mobile Platform
The translation speed is ≤0.5m/s
Stop immediately when encountering obstacles (keep a distance of 2 meters).
Step 7: Emergency Handling
Power failure: Immediately activate the manual descent valve (located in the platform control box)
Oil pipe rupture: Shut down the engine. Do not operate before reporting for repair
Step 8: Finish the Vehicle Pick-up
Sequence: First retract the forearm → then lower the main arm → finally engage the legs
Step 9: Cleaning and Maintenance
Clear the debris from the platform
Lubricate the boom joint (using lithium-based grease)
Step 10: Fill in the Record Form
Record working hours and abnormal situations
Iii. Six Strictly Prohibited Behaviors
Overloading operations (including tools suspended outside the platform)
Cross high-voltage lines (keep a distance of more than 5 meters)
Remove the safety limit device
Move the chassis in the raised state
Climb the guardrail inside the platform
Fatigue operation (continuous operation ≤4 hours)
Iv. BOB-LIFT Intelligent Safety System
Our aerial work platforms are equipped with:
Anti-collision warning: Automatic alarm for obstacles within 3 meters
Tilt protection: Automatically locks when the slope is greater than 5°
Load monitoring: Limit startup in case of overload
