Russian Customers Conduct In-depth Visit To BOB-LIFT Intelligent Factory

Recently, Russian customers visited the BOB-LIFT production base, focusing on conducting on-site verification of the entire production and manufacturing process. They comprehensively examined the complete manufacturing system from raw material processing to the final product delivery. 

In the vast production area, the customers first visited the modern welding processing center. On the welding production line that was several hundred meters long, the automated welding robotic arms worked in coordination with experienced welding technicians, achieving precise welding at key parts of the steel structure. The Russian technicians particularly focused on the control of welding process parameters for the cold environment and inquired in detail about the weld quality inspection process.

Entering the assembly workshop, three parallel assembly lines demonstrated the efficiency of modular production. The delegation members closely observed key processes such as hydraulic system assembly, electrical wiring, and safety device installation, showing great interest in the standardized design of tooling and fixture as well as the control of assembly accuracy. The clearly visible operation instructions and quality control points in the workshop reflected the standardized management of the manufacturing process. 

In the coating process area, the client inspected the anti-corrosion coating production line that underwent seven surface treatment processes. From shot blasting for rust removal to multi-layer spraying and then to high-temperature curing, the entire process demonstrated the equipment's long-term protection solution under harsh conditions. The Russian representatives paid special attention to the environmental adaptability performance indicators of the coating and reviewed the relevant test reports.

The finished product inspection area was an important part of this inspection. Here, each factory-produced equipment had to undergo more than twenty tests including no-load testing, load testing, and safety device verification. The client witnessed the test process simulating actual working conditions and expressed their approval of the real-time recording and traceability system for the test data. 

In the finished product storage area, customers saw the equipment storage solutions tailored for different climate conditions. The specially designated high-altitude region equipment section showcased a complete set of adaptive improvement plans ranging from lubricant selection to electrical component protection. This targeted technical preparation demonstrated BOB-LIFT's deep understanding of the specific needs of the Russian market.

At the end of the inspection, the person in charge stated: "The actual state of the production site is the most persuasive evidence." Based on a comprehensive assessment of production capabilities and quality control systems, both parties determined the specifications for the first batch of cooperative equipment on-site and signed a strategic cooperation memorandum. 

This inspection has confirmed a fundamental principle of modern manufacturing: true manufacturing strength is demonstrated in every day's production practice and in the meticulous control of every process detail. When international customers visit the production base, what they see is not just the production process of each piece of equipment, but also an enterprise's commitment to quality and its dedication to technology.
