In-depth Factory Tour: The Kazakhstan customer team conducted a comprehensive visit to the BOB-LIFT Xuzhou production base, covering the intelligent production line, testing center and R&D laboratory. They also inspected the manufacturing processes of star products such as the SQ4ZA2 folding boom crane and the SQ8SA3 straight boom crane on site.

Technical solution customization: In response to the working conditions in Central Asia, both sides discussed the improvement of adaptability to high-cold environments and the practical application of remote intelligent control systems, and customized an efficient solution for the Kazakhstan market.

I. Intelligent Manufacturing and Quality Control System

The customer team delved into the final assembly workshop, focusing on:

Structural component welding process: Robot automatic welding technology is adopted to ensure the structural strength of the boom (such as the bending resistance design of the hexagonal boom).

Hydraulic system testing: Simulate extreme pressure environments (26MPa+) to test the reliability of pumps and valves;

Factory inspection process: It includes 360° continuous rotation test and verification of outrigger stability (H-shaped outrigger span adjustment).

Ii. Product Innovation Demonstration

Practical demonstration of folding boom crane

Demonstrate the negative elevation operation capability of the SQ4ZA2 model (-15° descent), which is suitable for low-space hoisting scenarios.

Demonstrate the flange-type telescopic link technology to enable the rapid folding and unfolding of the boom.

Performance test of straight boom crane

The SQ8SA3 model can perform a 3-ton lifting operation at a 14-meter span, highlighting the bending resistance advantage of the pentagonal arm.

Demonstrate the stability protection of the anti-rotary impact device during emergency braking.

Based on the characteristics of Kazakhstan's infrastructure (oil fields, mines, and logistics hubs), both sides have reached:

Product adaptation plan

Upgrade the low-temperature starting performance of the hydraulic oil (applicable in -35℃ environment);

Install a sand prevention and filtration system in desert areas.

Service support system

Establish a parts center in Almaty to provide a 48-hour emergency response.

This visit deepened the strategic bond between BOB-LIFT and the Central Asian market:

Short-term goal: Deliver the first batch of 30 customized truck-mounted cranes (including folding boom and straight boom models) to Kazakhstan in 2025.
