In the first quarter of 2026, the BOB-LIFT marine crane was delivered to Malaysia and installed on a port operation vessel. It has now been put into use. It mainly serves for ship loading and unloading, deck transportation, and offshore operations scenarios.

Malaysia is located in the core shipping lane of Southeast Asia. Its marine environment has typical characteristics of high temperature, high humidity and high salt spray. This condition imposes extremely strict requirements on the corrosion resistance of marine cranes, the stability of hydraulic systems and the structural reliability.

Analysis of the Compatibility between Product Technology and Marine Operating Conditions

12

1. Adaptation of Material Corrosion Prevention to Marine Environment

The primary challenge for marine cranes is seawater corrosion. The BOB-LIFT marine crane adopts high-strength anti-corrosion steel structure and undergoes special coating treatment. Its corrosion resistance in salt spray environment is over 30% higher than that of ordinary steel.

The average salinity of the waters in Malaysia ranges from 3.3% to 3.5% throughout the year, making it a typical area prone to high salt fog corrosion. When ordinary carbon steel is exposed to this environment for operation, the corrosion rate can reach 0.1 - 0.2 mm per year.

2. Matching of Hydraulic System and Operating Precision

When ship cranes operate on the fluctuating deck, the requirements for the micro-motion performance and stability of the hydraulic system are much higher than those of land-based equipment. The multi-way valve and balance valve of BOB-LIFT ship cranes adopt imported components from Italy, and the hydraulic hose is of a four-layer steel wire structure, with a maximum burst pressure of 60 MPa. The technical logic of this configuration lies in that the "stability" of marine operations stems from the real-time compensation ability of the hydraulic system for load fluctuations.

Customer Feedback and Performance Verification

91. Reliability Performance

Based on customer usage feedback, the BOB-LIFT marine crane demonstrated stable performance during continuous operation. According to the feedback from on-site operators: "The hydraulic system responds quickly, and even when lifting heavy equipment, it can maintain precise control. The safety interlock device effectively prevents the risk of improper operation."

2. Adaptability performance

Malaysian customers specifically mentioned the equipment's weather resistance: "In tropical sea areas with high temperatures and humidity, ordinary equipment is prone to electrical failures. However, this batch of cranes has undergone continuous operation tests and their electrical systems are well-sealed, without any downtime caused by moisture."

3. Economic Performance

From the perspective of investment return, the value of marine cranes is reflected in two aspects: one is to enhance operational efficiency, and the other is to reduce the cost of external equipment usage. Customer calculations show that after equipping their own marine cranes, the rental cost for external equipment for single cargo handling is reduced by approximately 60%, and the operation time is no longer subject to the schedules of third parties.

After-sales service and guarantee system

1

Operation specification confirmation: Considering the characteristics of marine operations, confirm the operator's understanding of the performance boundaries and safety regulations of the equipment

Maintenance reminder: Push maintenance reminders at 50-hour, 100-hour, and 200-hour intervals, with a focus on checking the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and the wear condition of steel wire ropes

Part supply guarantee: Establish an inventory of common wear parts to ensure that they can be allocated in 48 hours

The actual performance of the equipment has verified the following conclusions:

The material process is compatible with the marine environment: the combination of anti-corrosion coating and high-strength steel effectively resists high salt spray erosion.

The hydraulic system meets the accuracy requirements.

The structural design conforms to space limitations: the compact and lightweight design concept adapts to the limited space of the ship deck.

After-sales support ensures continuous operation.
