Chapter Two: Efficient Hydraulic Lifting System

Source of power: Hydraulic oil pump

The power take-off takes power from the engine and drives the hydraulic oil pump to generate high-pressure hydraulic oil. BOB-LIFT adopts efficient and stable gear pumps to ensure smooth and continuous power output.

Execution Arm: Lifting hydraulic cylinder

High-pressure hydraulic oil is delivered to the lifting hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston rod to extend. This huge thrust, through a carefully designed connecting rod mechanism, ultimately acts on the cargo box, lifting it up. The cylinder diameter, wall thickness and sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder directly determine the lifting force, speed and reliability.

Control Brain: Operating Valves and limit devices

The driver can easily control the speed of lifting and lowering as well as stopping through multiple operation valves in the cab. Meanwhile, the built-in lifting limit device in the system can prevent the cargo box from being lifted too high, effectively protecting the hydraulic cylinder and the entire lifting frame structure, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

Chapter Three: Durable Cargo Boxes and Dumping Systems

Sturdy box body

The cargo box of the BOB-LIFT dump truck is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates. Key parts such as the bottom plate and side plates are all reinforced, which is impact-resistant and wear-resistant, and can easily cope with the erosion and impact of materials such as sand, gravel and ores.

Scientific dumping design

The connection hinge point between the cargo box and the chassis has been mechanically optimized to ensure minimal resistance during lifting and smooth unloading. Meanwhile, the large-angle lifting design (usually ≥45°) enables sticky materials such as soil and wet coal to slide smoothly, achieving "thorough and clean unloading".

Reliable box door lock locking mechanism

Whether it is a manual latch type or a hydraulic automatic rear door lock, they all ensure that they remain tightly closed without material leakage during transportation and can be smoothly opened during unloading. The design is simple and reliable.
