The structure design is more compact, lighter self-weight, greater load ratio, the whole line is reasonable, beautiful.
The multi-way and balance valves use spools from Turkey and Italy, and the hydraulic hose has four layers of steel wire, with a max burst pressure of 60MPa.
  • All cylinders are equipped with balance valves and hydraulic locks to improve safety. Seals of cylinder are imported from Taiwan and Italy.

Production Equipment

1. Numerical control laser cutting machines offer higher accuracy (<0.5mm error) and efficiency, capable of replacing some machining processes to enhance production efficiency.

2. The bending machine has a length of 6 meters but can bend plates longer than 6 meters, with a loading bearing capacity of 1000 tons. The blade tool is customized based on practical applications of the crane.

3. The numerical control shot blasting machine can process steel plates ranging from 3mm to 50mm in thickness. It removes rust, internal stress, and oxide layers from the steel plate surface, improving paint adhesion.
